喀什夜市吃什么

📅 2026

Roast stuffed buns, red willow skewers, pomegranate juice… a night-market must-eat list.

Why visit

The Kashgar Night Market is an appetite that wakes only at night; roasted eggs, stomach-wrapped meat, and pomegranate juice send their aroma up from the charcoal. It is the wildest yet warmest mouth of the Western Regions. Set aside about 2 hours to stroll.

🧭 Local tips

FAQ

When is the most comfortable time to visit Kashgar?

May to October is best, with mild climate and fragrant fruit. Winter is cold and spring occasionally brings sand dust—the feel is mediocre.

How to plan two to four days in Kashgar?

One day at the old town and Xiangfei Garden, one day at Taxkorgan and the Pamir (border permit required), and the rest at the bazaar and night market. As a start of the Xinjiang-Tibet route it is wonderful.
